Leaders who lead leaders. Does this phrase ring a bell to you?

Are your manager’s direct reports verbalizing a change in managerial approach?

Have you done a good job of setting solid job expectations?

When did you last review the distribution of responsibilities for your team of managers?

This webinar focuses on proactive approaches to steering clear of manager burnout. Maintaining the right kind of communication with physicians (and other coworkers) is a big factor in setting and keeping solid job expectations. Learn to lead other leaders and adequately assess competencies and empower managers to perform at the top of their license.

Educational Objectives:

  • Learn how to develop professional ladders so that managers have room to grow.
  • Learn to manage the distribution of responsibilities and watch for high-performers becoming overburdened.
  • Learn to adequately assess competencies and empower managers to perform at the top of their license.
  • Learn effective communication tactics that gear you and your team for success.
