As Practice Administrators, if you can control what you can control and make small improvements, over time it can have a big impact in the way the practice runs. This webinar is about ways you can personally and specifically use compound improvement (the stacking of one improvement on top of another) to be better at everything you do. We will identify the small things you do on a daily basis - creative and clever ways to do them better, faster, and easier. We will borrow from the best ideas other practice administrators use to better serve their patients and do their jobs and how you can adapt and apply them. In this one-hour webinar you will have a lot of "aha" moments and leave with ideas and suggestions you can use right away and see success.

Educational Objectives:

  • A list of specific small things to improve that can make a big impact over time.
  • Tips and techniques to implement into your daily routine that give you the most return on your time and energy.
  • Example of how other Practice Administrators in other medical fields used compound improvement to make changes for the better.
