Improve Patient Collections Before & After COVID-19

It's hard to believe, but patients may actually be MORE apt to pay their outstanding balances with your practice now versus before the COVID-19 outbreak. There are proven cases where practices just like yours are seeing a surge in cashflow due to an expansion and modification of their A/R efforts. The good news is, you don't have to figure this out on your own.

During this webinar, nationally recognized practice management expert, Owen Dahl, will tell you exactly what steps to take to bring in more revenue from your patient accounts receivable. Owen will walk you through exactly how you can boost your cashflow by collecting more of the money you're due - when you need it most.

You'll receive easy-to-implement strategies that will improve your patient collections, decrease the age of your accounts receivable, and bring more money in the door NOW:

  • Significantly reduce write-offs with clear collection communication and empathy
  • Create customized payment plans that bring in cash and help your patients
  • Stop asking for money, instead communicate your payment expectations and get them
  • Modify your financial policies to improve patient satisfaction and get paid
  • Draft staff collection scripts to engage patients, boost satisfaction and reduce A/R
  • Collect delinquent patient amounts more successfully with easy policy modification
  • Avoid patient refunds by more accurately categorizing your payer payments
  • Overturn accounts receivable that you were ready to write off
  • Turn a habitual AR abuser into a regular current account
  • And so much moreā€¦.
