The AOA wants YOU to volunteer to be a state representative! We are looking for one volunteer in each state to reach out to members in that state to engage them more in AOA. State representatives will be asked to share advocacy issues, information regarding membership, promote attending the annual educational conference, and more. This is a great opportunity to network with fellow administrators and managers in your state as well as fellow state representatives from across the country. This position requires approximately one hour of volunteer time maximum a month, making it very easy and doable for even the busiest of schedules. We have lots of fun ideas for you to share with our members or even other non-member colleagues.
