We have so many opportunities and ways to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace from hearing dispensers, online retailers and big-box retailers. We have an expanding marketplace opening up, which is to our advantage when we get creative. It is our opportunity to reach potential patients in unique and novel ways. It is time to re-evaluate our business practices to see what makes sense for the current generation of patients, keeping in mind that change can sometimes be for our benefit.
Our speaker, Kim Cavitt, AuD, wants you to be open to a new way of thinking about a hearing aid delivery model and pricing. At the end of this presentation, it does not matter what decide to do in your practice as long as you make an informed business decision and not one based upon the status quo or on fear.
- Discuss your real competition, and how to differentiate to compete in your market.
- Review your marketing mix and execute with the 4 Ps: place, products/services, promotion and pricing.
- Define the differences between bundled and unbundled hearing aid pricing.
- Describe the pros and cons of bundled and unbundled hearing aid pricing.
