Description

We will review the obvious and hidden issues that you may have in your practice. The scheduling schema is out in the open for all to see but may be an issue with multiple clinicians and their individual choices. Topic areas to review from credentialing to insurance to cyber security to human resources to compliance, the list goes on. The real challenge is to stop and review where you are. Why? Stability, growth, merger, acquisition, and managing in the value based purchasing world.

Educational Objectives:

  • Encourage participants to assess their overall practice.
  • Review a check list that will work as a guide for assessment.
  • Discuss key points and traps that exist.
  • Challenge changes leading to improvement.
