Gray graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University where he was a Division I athlete, lettering three years in Golf. He and his family, while not in Minnesota, spend time in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado fly-fishing, hiking and skiing.

Nancy Payne McEachern is the Director of Business Development at Insurors of Texas.
